THE CHAMP HAND CAR WASH

I’ve been coming to this car wash for about 4 years and have always had positive experiences, which is why this situation was so disappointing. When I came in recently, the woman behind the counter first told me I had one more wash left to pay for before using my free one and I said that was completely fine. But then she handed me a new punch card showing 3 more washes left until the free promo, which immediately confused me. When I questioned it, she accused me of hole punching my own card and said she could “tell” I did it because “other people have done that before.” I was honestly shocked by the accusation. I’ve never done anything like that, and after being a loyal customer for years, I didn’t appreciate being treated like I was dishonest. I calmly explained multiple times that I never punched my own card and reminded her that she’s usually the one working behind the counter (along with another woman occasionally), so they’ve seen me come in regularly for years. What made the situation more frustrating was that every time I tried to explain myself, the only response I got was a smile & “I don’t know.” I asked to speak with the manager/owner, but unfortunately he wasn’t there a

first time going to this hand car wash and VERY impressed!! I selected the #2 gold package for a Honda CRV. The car looks brand new after they cleaned it! There weren't any water spots anywhere on the vehicle. The inside was wiped down perfectly. The floor and seats were all vacuumed. They really did an awesome job and I will absolutely be returning. Keep up the great work!!

Good spot, workers were friendly. Cleaned my kids car seat out as well. Pleasurable experience. Only thing I would say to make it 5 stars was a little more attention when vacuuming interior. There were 3 cars behind so I get it. It was good overall but could have been better.
